This week we have reached a new milestone and The Zoomshare Team (Mikem, Sare, Worldofcin, peenworm and Yellek) takes great pleasure in warmly welcoming our millionth member! We've done it - and we couldn't have done it without YOU!

It's been a pretty incredible and exciting road, getting to this point and we're glad to have you all along to share the journey. We just wanted to take this moment and say thank you to all of our members. Each and every one of you has contributed to the success and growth of Zoomshare! We look forward to bringing you more great features while continuing to improve our existing service and serving the next million users!

Get Gadgets... and Get Traffic to Your Website!

Zoomshare is proud to introduce gadgets. At this time, we are offering two gadgets:

Subscribe -- Notifies your followers via e-mail automatically, when you make changes to your website
Google Search (previously located in Site Manager) -- Searches your site, the Zoomshare community or the Internet

This is how gadgets will look when you add them to your website.

You can easily add gadgets to your website from inside your console, but they are only available for use on our new Site Styles, of the Tee and Solid variety. As you may have noticed, there are a lot of changes coming to Zoomshare -- starting with your console! We've cleaned it up and reorganized it to make it easier for you to navigate and for us to communicate important information and new features! Here you will find access to help, upgraded services, community access and more!

You'll note that all of the features you have enjoyed remain available to you, but how you access them is just slightly different. For example, the new navigation highlights our Video Help -- we've created these tutorials to assist you in making the most of your Zoomshare website. (Just click on to view our latest productions!). We'll continue to highlight important features and changes within the new console, such as Zoomshare Badges! We hope that you enjoy the new look of your console and we're excited to continue to provide you with new and enhanced service!

Stats for one, Stats for ALL!

Zoomshare proudly presents site Stats FREE to all Zoomshare users! Now, you no longer need to upgrade your account to keep track of your site activity. It's easily and readily accessible through your editing console. Your new Stats tab allows you to see who's been visiting your site, when they're visiting and how they found you! Stats are more than just a hit counter. Your new Stats tool shows you more detailed information than just the number of hits to your web site!

When you click on the Stats tab noted below:

You will be taken to your overall Stats page:

The main Stats page presents a summarized version of visitor and traffic statistics for the current month, updated daily at midnight. All summarized statistics presented in this main page can be expanded and reviewed.

Included in this summarized data: � "Most Popular" This column, found on the left hand side of the page, showcases the most popular page on your site, the referring site [how visitors got to your site in the first place], what day you get the most traffic, what web browsers your visitors use the most, and what operating system the majority of your visitors use. To find out more detail about each of these categories, click on the arrow button under each section header.
Included in this summarized data: � "Overall Summary" This column, found on the right hand side of the page, reports traffic data: how many pages have been viewed on your site for the current month, how many unique [or new] visitors your site has drawn, how many visits have people paid to your site - and how many visits the average visitor makes, and how many hits [how many files have been requested by the server, these files include images and web pages] your site has had in the last month. Clicking on the arrow button under each section header will refresh your stats page, updating the graphs in the center of the page to present the category data you've selected.
Included in this summarized data: � Overall & Snapshot Graphs These graphs, located in the middle of the page, provide you with a quick view of how many pages have been viewed for the current month along with page view information for earlier months this year. Below this graph is a day-by-day breakdown of the month to date page view traffic. If you'd like to see page view information for a different month in this area, simply click on that month in the graph above.
What's a 'Unique Visitor'? A unique visitor is a person who's never been to your site before.
What are 'Pages Viewed'? Page views record how many pages someone visits while on your website.
What are 'Hits'? A 'hit' occurs whenever a request is made to your web server for a file. These files contain your web site HTML files and images, and comprise the majority of 'hit' values.

To add a badge, login to your Zoomshare console, and do the following:

- Click 'Your Badge'

- Select a badge style by clicking on it

- Copy html code provided in box above

- Paste code into editable area of a web page or profile

Website Login Change

We have changed where our website owners go to access their site tools. Instead of the /:tools suffix, our users will be directed to log in on the upper right-hand corner of our home page, www.zoomshare.com . Accessing your site tools will be even easier now, since our users will have a singular, easy-to-remember location to go to access their websites, and our home page login feature is just as fast and just as secure as before.

To log into your Zoomshare site tools:

Step 1: Go to www.zoomshare.com
Step 2: View and locate upper right-hand corner of our home page
Step 3: Enter user name and password into appropriate fields
Step 4: Click 'GO' to login

If you need to request your user name and password be e-mailed to the address you used to sign up for service with us, please visit our Request Login Information page here.
